I believe R. L. Pirsig said it be best in the book
'
Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance'
when he wrote:

"The study of the art of motorcycle maintenance
is really a miniature study of the art of rationality itself.
Working on a motorcycle, working well, caring,
is to become part of a process, to achieve an inner peace of mind.
The motorcycle is primarily a mental phenomenon."

HOT OFF THE PRESSES - JANUARY 22, 2013 - READ ALL ABOUT IT!!

Today is a new start for me....after dealing with a couple of shorted brain circuits for some time now...even though I am doing much better...I have discovered that I still have some issues that are inexplicably compounded by managing a public forum. To that end, I have turned the forum ownership over to a trusted Brother...he's even crazier than I am, but more adept at maintaining control under any situation. Of course, he self-medicates...understandably! LOL!

THANKS TO B0UNTYMAN™ FOR TAKING COMMAND OF THIS SPACESHIP!

There is nothing wrong with your computer. Do not attempt to adjust the picture. We are controlling transmission. We control the horizontal. We control the vertical. We can roll the image; make it flutter. We can change the focus to a soft blur or sharpen it to crystal clarity. For the rest of your life, sit quietly and we will control all that you see and hear. We repeat: there is nothing wrong with your computer. You are about to participate in a great adventure. You are about to experience the awe and mystery which reaches from the inner mind....to the OUTER LIMITS of our Biker World!!

HONORING OUR BROTHERS IN THE WIND.....FOREVER!

Raymond Vice aka Tee Boy

RIP May 17, 2004

Raymond aka Tee Boy, one of the original members of the Hawg Ryder All HD Tech Forum...sadly missed by all. Ray was a biker through and through, he rode hard, partied hard, worked hard, loved hard, and lived harder. I am honored to have met him in person, shared a root beer or two with him, laughed with him, listened to him, and learned from him.

Give 'em hell Tee Boy!!! Save me a seat at the bar, wherever that may be....we ain't done swapping tales yet!!!

Little Tommy Finley

RIP February 1, 2005

Little Tommy was anything but little...he was a big man with a bigger heart, who amazed everyone in the Hawg Ryder's All HD Tech Forum with his unbelievable knowlege of the HD world. Tommy was pure class, a shining example to everyone around him, enjoying life to the fullest even when faced with unbelievable challenges. He was my good friend and I miss our long discussions, I miss his laughter....most of all I just miss him.

You give 'em hell too LT!!! I'll be looking for you and Raymond both to save me that seat at the bar, wherever it may be, 'cause I know we all have more tales to share!!

Panhead Fred

RIP April 12, 2007

Panhead Fred put up one hell of a fight against the Big C before he left us to join Raymond and Tommy at the bar, where they are sharing tall tales and laughs for all eternity. Fred was a hard riding, hard working Union man, taking care to ensure his Brothers were treated fairly. And those same Brothers rallied around to show their love and support as Fred and his family fought his final battle together...

Give 'em hell Fred, along with Raymond and Tommy...save me a seat, I'll be joining you to share some laughs again someday!

Paul Lackey aka Motengable

RIP May 14, 2011

Paul was one of those rare individuals....a bit of a crazy character who was the one of the best types to be called Brother by those who were fortunate to have known and loved him. He was a hard riding, hard partying, hard living, and hard working Okie through and through, living life his way on the tribal lands of his family's heritage, spending many a night sharing the secrets of life and learning from the little alien Clyde living in that spaceship at the bottom of his pond up on Ignorant Hill. I was fortunate to be able to spend some time with Paul, partying long into the night, when he taught me that life is an energy that never truly ends...it just changes form...and goes on for all eternity.

Keep on giving 'em hell Old Man, I love you and miss you until that time when my energy changes form and I join the rest of ya'll crazy bastards at that bar....make sure my seat stays saved 'til I get there! And keep that keg tapped!!

Andrew "Drew" Ardinger

RIP August 3, 2013

Dang, another Brother taken from this world too early...Drew lost a long hard battle to the Big C at 48 years young. While we will all miss our Brother Drew, he will live on forever fondly in our memories. Drew and his wife Bev have been in our family for years, bringing good times and smiles to all of us. Drew truly lived to ride and rode to live.

Keep up the good times and give 'em all hell Drew! I know you're in good company sharing nice warm time with all those who departed before you. Make sure they all save me a seat and I look forward to the day when we all party together again! REST IN PEACE BROTHER!

Allen "Doc" Rogers

RIP March 8, 2016

Sadly, we've lost another Brother....good ol' Doc has been called Home. After spending his early years sowing wild oats wherever he went (I believe that's the what proper upstanding folk say to describe wild times chasing pussy and partying your ass off)...anyway, his wild youth caught up with him and he spent a bit of time in the Graybar Hotel, where he had plenty to ponder, and where he ultimately came to find his Lord, dedicating the rest of his life to the Ministry. Back in the World, he opened up his heart and his church to any and all in need. With that crazy deep voice that sounded like he gargled with gravel, ol' Doc could preach a fire and brimstone filled sermon with the best of 'em. Doc was a good friend and a lifetime Brother to many of us. His wisdom...and his laughter...will be missed by all. But we ain't worried....'cause while most of the rest of us are gonna' be at a somewhat lower...and much warmer...station in the next life, we're good 'cause we know Doc will always be looking down upon us to ensure we don't go too far off the trail of true goodness.

I look forward to the day when we all ride together again! REST IN PEACE BROTHER DOC!
